Mornings are good to me! Especially on the weekends when unwinding is on the menu and the savory wafts that fill the air are almost as satisfying as eating what drives them.
Back story…pre-packaged product was my go to for forever. I upped my game over the years from what my Nana served, to all natural, to chicken, to organic (that will be a whole other BLOG) but nothing prepared me for sausage made from scratch, and from turkey. Trust and believe, once you get your gloved hands in it…there will be no going back.
My twist is a little spicier, with at least 8 more herbs and seasonings than what got me in the home made turkey sausage game (including a little something unexpected to bring moisture into the mix). Judgement day honest…occasionally…I can get out of control with such things, but Im here to tell you…each one of the ingredients brings something very “Sunday Morning"
