My version is WARM QUINOA and RED PEAS, and that’s Sea Island Red Peas  just does the dang thang when it meets up with Quinoa, Butternut Squash, Shallots and such. Oh and it comes with a “bonus recipe” that’s alllll technique transforming the dish into cakes/patties. Talk about NEXT STEPS!
