The taste of fresh corn cut off the cob, sauteed just long enough for the sweetness come to the surface as it wafts through the kitchen. Brightened with, herbs and the beauty of a simple lemon vinaigrette, it will be an accompaniment to any meals, or if you're, like me, you might be inspired to add pan seared shrimp on top or perhaps relish on its own😉. Its that good.
